Welcome to the Saturday Examen
As I begin this time of prayer, I take a moment to notice how I am in my body… what sensations or aches do I notice?
How is my breathing? I don’t change the pace or rhythm, but simply notice it.
I invite the Holy Spirit to be with me now as I look back over the week with God…
Where did I see the presence of God this week?
Where did I feel an opening of understanding?
Where did I push against God’s voice? Why was that?
At the end of this week, what have I learnt? What wisdom have I taken to heart?
And what do I desire from God in the week to come?
