Look at the sky …
See its colour …
See what’s in the sky – maybe clouds … birds … stars …
As you look, be aware of how big and unending the sky is …
how it is there over every person and every creature on our world …
Everyone - including the people we love - is interconnected under this same sky.
Let that thought be at home in you – we are not alone under this sky, but connected.
For a few moments look up and let your heart fly upwards to look on those you care about.
Let your love rest on them…
Then look again at the sky.
In the same way that you looked on those you love, God looks on you.
Let God’s love rest on you…
Breathe in love.
Breath in sky.
Breathe.
